Your reputation is on the line every time you recommend a product. Make sure it’s one that won’t call you back.
Specify and commission dependable studio equipment with less complexity.
Sound familiar?
- You’ve specified digital desks before and spent days on site configuring and commissioning them — time you can’t always bill for.
- A client calls months later because a software update has changed something, and now it’s your problem.
- You need a product you can recommend confidently, knowing it won’t generate callbacks or undermine your reputation.
How Aircaster fits
Commission in hours, not days
No software configuration, no network setup, no firmware updates. Cable it, set levels, hand it over.
Nothing to go wrong remotely
No operating system means no update surprises, no licence expiry, no silent failures. Once it’s working, it stays working.
Modular and field-serviceable
Every channel is a hot-swappable module. A fault means swapping one card, not pulling the desk out of service.
No channel conflict
We sell through partners, not direct to end users. Your customer relationship stays yours.
Standard interfaces throughout
Neutrik connectors, conventional analog and USB connectivity. No proprietary cabling, no lock-in.
I’ve commissioned digital desks that took three days on site to configure. Aircaster takes hours — cable it, set your levels, walk away. No firmware, no network setup, no software updates that change something six months later. The modular design means if a channel ever develops a fault, you swap one card without pulling the desk. For an integrator, that’s a product you can recommend without worrying about callbacks.
With my years of experience of Klotz consoles, it makes me feel very confident about this Aircaster console.
